Refund policy
Metal Hawk accepts returns, refunds, and exchanges within 10 days of notified receipt. Printed, customized & handmade products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are made to order especially for you.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges are free of charge.
Please note, all tags must be intact when returning or exchanging the product. The product, when returned, will be processed for quality check.
No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds are provided for damaged returns. For products deemed fragile, must be returned or exchanged with the safety packaging intact, failing to return or exchange without safety packaging will not entertain.
Products damaged during delivery to the customer must be immediately notified with visual evidence and can be exchanged or returned with a full refund.
For Cash on Delivery Order Returns, you have to provide bank details with Bank A/c No and IFSC code to reimburse the payment. It would take up to 5 - 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Online Payment Order Returns, the payment would be reimbursed directly to your account from which the payment is made. It would take up to 5 - 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
ORDER LOSS
If your order is lost, you need to contact at customercare@metalhawk.com for help. We will surely perform with the service of the carrier in order to the best of our capacity.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel the order from your Order Panel before it is shipped from the warehouse. If online payment is made, the money would be refunded within 5 - 7 working days.
